My Story

When I was a teenager, I was introduced to the stock market and I began trading options.  I continued to trade through high school and college and later became a broker and then a NASDAQ Market Maker.  I learned the intricacies of many different investing strategies and styles and I still continue to dabble in the market today. 

The next area of investment I wanted to explore was real estate.  Over the past 20+ years I have acted as an investor, a lender and a consultant in hundreds of real estate transactions.  Since I have personally filled all these roles, I can bring a tremendous amount of experience when dealing with contractors, GC’s and subs as well as investors and suppliers. 

All these experiences combined allowed me to start a lending business in Philadelphia with a few partners.  In 2016, Crowdcopia was launched and since then, we have financed over a thousand commercial loans.  I have consulted on countless deals to judge the worthiness of the investment and have helped many people avoid losses while teaching them how to spot problems in the first place.

Let me use my past experiences to help you avoid the stresses of bad situations.  I truly enjoy helping people and I believe there’s a solution to every problem, sometimes you just need to put your mind to it.
